"Are You Sleeping?"

When 14-year-old Cassie nearly flunks her math test, she can’t believe it! She stayed up all night studying, so she should have aced it – right?

But she's not the only one yawning.  Her family, friends, and classmates – everyone's tired, and sometimes cranky. Why? Why is sleep so important?  What happens to the brain when we sleep? Why do we need to sleep, anyway?

Join Cassie and her younger brother on an epic voyage of Scientastic proportions, as they uncover the truth about sleep and learn how it impacts our lives – from our mood, to learning and playing sports, to creativity, and much more. They  trek to some pretty cool places across their city, including a sleep lab, a zoo, and even a cave, and chat with a few incredible experts along the way.

So come along – it’ll be dreamy!
